I have a background of self employment, mostly as a furnituremaker/coffinmaker. This has been punctuated by stints as a chef, most noticed on board The Spirit of New Zealand, a Square rigged tall ship plying as Youth Development. Throughout my life I have had a passion for driving and have always been looking for outlets for my talents to be shared with others for their benefit. Come along for the ride.
